2. What cookies are

5. Google Tag Manager

The website uses Google Tag Manager, a tag-management system provided by Google Ireland Limited.

Google Analytics allows the Data Controller to understand, in statistical form, how visitors use the website, including pages visited, session duration, interactions with website content, device and browser type and the approximate source of visits.

The service is not used for remarketing, advertising profiling or ad personalisation. The Data Controller does not knowingly send directly identifying information to Google.

The actual duration may be shorter as a result of browser settings, device restrictions or configurations adopted by the Data Controller.

User-level and event-level data stored in the Google Analytics property are retained for a maximum of 14 months.

7. Legal basis

Technical cookies are used because they are necessary to provide the website and on the basis of the Data Controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring its proper operation and security.

Google Analytics cookies are used exclusively on the basis of the user’s consent, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Consent is optional. Refusing analytics cookies does not prevent users from browsing the website or using its contact form.
